AMP presented Kontras Quartet concert in Chicago

In a return engagement presented by the American Music Project June 7 in Chicago, the Kontras Quartet performed a wide array of neglected American music from Amy Beach, Walter Piston, John Harbison, Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson and Gabriella Smith.

The event garnered enthusiastic reviews from Chicago Classical Review and the Hyde Park Herald.
